We believe the painting process — with its VOC emissions, labor intensity, and environmental cost — has no place in the future of surface materials manufacturing.
The global furniture and interior materials industry still relies heavily on solvent-based coatings applied after production. This process is slow, chemically intensive, and increasingly incompatible with the environmental standards the industry must meet. EcoVeneers exists to replace that model.
We envision a world where every surface arrives ready to install — hardened, sealed, and finished at the factory, with near-zero emissions and no additional processing required. A world where sustainability is built into the material itself, not added as an afterthought.
Our approach makes premium surface materials accessible at scale — combining high performance with production efficiency and cost optimization.
Reaching this vision required six years of R&D and an investment of RMB 50 million to develop the world’s first fully integrated polymer impregnation veneer production line — a new manufacturing process that delivers a complete surface before it leaves the factory.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

Innovation that runs deeper than the surface
Our proprietary polymer impregnation process embeds the finish directly into the veneer fiber during manufacturing, creating a surface that is structurally complete before it reaches production.
There is no coating stage, no curing time, and no chemical treatment required after delivery. The finish is part of the material itself.
Our 16,000 m² AI-automated facility is built around this process, with a continuous production line capable of producing over 20,000 m² of finish-complete veneer per day. This enables consistent, high-volume supply for global manufacturing partners.
We use fast-growing wood species to reduce reliance on slow-renewing resources. No solvents are used at any stage of production, and emissions are minimized as a direct result of the process design.
The result is a material that reduces environmental impact, simplifies manufacturing, and arrives ready to perform.
